These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by ZanderLFX LTD (“we”, “our”, “us”) and your use of our website. By engaging with our services or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

ZanderLFX LTD provides lighting design, operation, and technical services for events and productions. All work is carried out with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards.

2. Quotes and Bookings

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A booking is only confirmed once agreed in writing or via email. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw a quotation before acceptance.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid within 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional fees and statutory interest as permitted by law (Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998).

4. Cancellation

Cancellations within 7 days of the event may incur a charge of up to 50% of the agreed fee to cover lost work and preparation time.

5. Liability

We are insured for public liability under BECTU PLI coverage. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Clients are responsible for ensuring the venue and conditions are safe and suitable for work.

6. Expenses

Travel, accommodation, and materials may be charged separately where applicable. Mileage is charged at the current HMRC rate.

7. Intellectual Property

All creative designs, documents, and concepts remain the property of ZanderLFX LTD unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
