This was a brilliant show to work with. On this show, rather than designing, as this is not really my forte, I transformed what the lighting designer wanted into a working and practical lighting that allowed the show to be exceptional.

This show was teched and rehearsed in an external hire theatre, The Point, Eastleigh, which allowed everyone, cast and crew, to get a feel for what working in the industry feels like.

On the first two days, we created the core skeleton lighting cues from what the LD wanted, then for the rest of the week, I worked on my own without the LD. Then throughout the week I worked with the teachers, directors and Stage Managers / DSM and adapted lighting and sets to what fitted the atmosphere for what's on stage.
